DevDirectory is a curated directory of B2B developer tools, web automation platforms, and backend infrastructure. The Service allows users to:

• Browse, search, and compare developer tools;
• Submit tools for listing consideration;
• Leave reviews and upvotes on listed tools;
• Subscribe to our newsletter;
• Click outbound affiliate links to visit listed tools.

3. Tool Submissions

3.1 Submission Standards

When submitting a tool for listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the tool or are authorized to submit it on the owner's behalf;
• All information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading;
• The tool does not contain malware, spyware, or malicious code;
• The tool's website URL is functional and points to the actual product;
• You have the right to use any logos, images, or trademarks submitted.

3.2 Editorial Discretion

We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a reason for rejection.

Some tool listings may be marked as "Sponsored" or "Featured." These listings are paid placements. Sponsored placement does not constitute an endorsement by DevDirectory. We clearly label all sponsored content with a visible badge so users can distinguish paid placements from organic listings.

Sponsored listings are subject to the same submission standards as free listings. Payment does not buy a positive review or rating — all reviews are submitted by the community and are not influenced by sponsorship.

5. Affiliate Links Disclosure

This Service contains affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are cloaked using /go/[tool-slug] redirects for click tracking purposes.

Affiliate relationships do not affect our editorial decisions. We list tools based on merit and relevance, not on whether they offer affiliate commissions.

6. User-Generated Content

6.1 Your Responsibilities

When you post reviews, upvotes, or other content, you agree that your content:

• Is accurate and not defamatory, abusive, or harassing;
• Does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property;
• Does not contain promotional spam or unsolicited advertising;
• Does not contain malware or links to malicious sites;

You agree not to:

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
• Any information on the Service is accurate, complete, or current;
• Listed tools will function as described by their developers.

You use the Service and rely on listed tools at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVDIRECTORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM:
